No varying views at side or bottom of image - is very disconcerting. Sharing of images is now almost impossible, unless doing from the back-end product lists and using the default view.
=========================== Yesterday I was seeing this on all my product pages and added a post to an old thread. Scott asked me to start a new thread. I double checked the items from yesterday and they were back to “Normal”. However, I just created a new APRON and this is still happening!!! See Here
OK - this is frustrating. Now the ZOOM box is showing when creating a product! I can’t choose an image for the default view!!! LINK to product page here
Can you share a full screenshot (of the whole page)?
What you’re seeing (a product page with no thumbnails) only appears when the browser window is narrower than 1020px width. That’s pretty narrow these days. When the browser is wider than 1020px we show the full product page, which includes thumbnail images.
Ah, super interesting. I tried all six browsers I have installed and couldn’t see what @BKMuir shows in the screenshot. But as soon as I reduced my window to under 1020 I got that view.
For anyone who is curious, I have been using this add-on for Firefox for a long time. It’s just a simple no bells or whistles add-on that tells you your viewing screen size as you drag your window smaller/larger. Super handy if you are designing a website and want to check the range where page elements change to adapt.
Scott - Thanks for the reminder about window size, That is probably my problem (I’ve had to increase my font view lately and the open window was probably not opened wide enough on the days this “problem” showed up. Will try to remember to resize. Thanks everyone for your reviews of MY problem.
Realviews are all the product images that you see on our site. It’s a technology that we’ve created that allows us to add your artwork onto three-dimensional products in realtime.
