Tech Issue, my Zrank has been downgraded to -1?

Hello everyone, my name is Moses. I have three stores one 100% complete, one at 80%, and one that is in the beginning of configuration at 35%. All of them have been downgraded to a zrank of -1. Does anyone know if this is normal or could be a technical failure? One of them had a zrank of 9 and suddenly all together went down to -1. Thank you very much in advance for the help.

Hey @moisky ,

Sorry to hear about this issue. I checked your stores and it looks like the zRank has changed back from -1.

If this issue persists on this end, can you please share a screenshot?

Thanks for your quick reply, yes I have seen that they are now with a 4. I don’t know why but they change  between 9, 4 and -1. If it happens again I’ll take a screenshot and send it to you, of course. Thank you very much. Moisés

I noticed it happening, too. Sometimes when I switched between us account and german version of the same store. But not necessarily related to that… 

Happy to hear a comment from moderators.
