I sent a message to customer service, in the creators section, about the technical problem that I’m having. They responded with a general email about problems accessing the website.
On the old forum, I posted about making items that don’t show up when you change the drop down to “new” or search by “low to high”. Items that I made in December have been removed from sections and the problem continued to happen throughout January where my items were not even posted. I can see all of the items from my account and can see them by clicking on the link from my account.
I’m sorry to hear this is happening for you. Would you mind passing along a couple of example product links/product IDs of items that are disappearing when the sort filter is changed to Newest/Low-to-High? We’ll be more than happy to take a look.
