I noticed that when I drag the text bounding boxes on the sides to make sure the customer’s text won’t go over the edge, it resizes the text! I thought they had fixed this years ago! I hope this is just a glitch and not a “feature” because it’s awfully inconvenient to have to fix the size again after I’ve adjusted the bounding boxes!
I saw you have to uncheck the Lock Aspect Ratio, but I can’t find where that is.
Press shift on your keyboard when you resize. They’ve changed the way it works

It seems that now you have to use the shift key to perform certain options. And how is that done in the mobile version? I work on designs, ideas, and sketches on my phone, and it’s a nightmare not being able to adjust things the way I want until I have access to my laptop.
Same with tablet.
Yes. I discovered this also. This is a frustrating new change that has made it especially difficult for designing invitations and other products with numerous text fields. Having to remember to use the shift key every time you want to expand a text field (to make it the right size for the customer) is extremely annoying. I keep messing up my font size and having to redo things.
Thank you everyone! What a pain! It is so hard to design when they keep changing things. I’ll give it a try. Fingers crossed, I can get it to work.
So, there is no solution for tablet or mobile for resizing text boxes without changing the text size??!
That’s not good!! Makes it impossible to design on tablets…
