Hello, just as the title says, text template works fine when creating a brand new product out of nowhere, but doesn’t seem to work when creating from a transfered design (in products). Is it on purpose, or is there something I did not get right ? Thanks !
I just made a new product with text template and then transferred it to see if everything worked properly and didn’t have any problems. I guess you’ll have to post your example here so we can get an idea of what went wrong when you tried it.

Thank you so much Baylee, I understand now it’s ok when your first product has the “template allowed” checked, but not otherwise, the option cannot be added later on a transfered design that was not “templatable” when it was created. It makes sense
