Just wanted to say thanks for adding the new “recommended sizes” option which preserves the aspect ratio on these products. It provides an easy way for customers to choose a larger or smaller size without messing up the design, but still allows them to change the aspect ratio if they really want to.
I’m not sure when the change took place, I just noticed it last night, but I’ve been wondering why the flood of messages from customers who had inadvertently cut off a section of their seating charts had stopped. Anyhow, this is a HUGE improvement, so THANK YOU!!!
Errr… um… wait… it looks like it’s only there on posters, not on foam core boards (apparently I’m easily confused today.) Anyway, I’m tempering my enthusiasm and hoping, really hoping, that you’ll enact it for foam core boards too.
