Dear Zazzle,
I don’t mean to seem ungrateful- you’ve given us a LOT of wonderful changes recently, most notably the rearrange backend and the FOIL invitations (super thank you for that!). And you seem to be taking our suggestions seriously. But have a few small complaints.
We are still having a ton of indexing issues that have been going on for a while. There are also some suggestions we’ve been asking for a very long time, like more fonts, especially some alternatives to Blooming Elegant, which is over-used because it’s the only font in that style (and the only one with universal “tails” for easier templates). We also need some in situs for products that don’t have ANY, like duvet covers and pillow cases. Instead, we get rather “useless” features like changing “designers” to “creators.” So sometimes we feel “let down,” sort of like you folks are doing random things that pop into your heads, rather than what we “creators” actually need!
I realize that it’s probably different departments that take care of these various requests, so some departments are probably overwhelmed, and others are probably looking for things to do, so they do things like change “designers” to “creators.” And maybe some things are easier said than done, so they end up being completed while others are still in the planning stages (especially the indexing issues!). But things like fonts and mockups seem pretty straight-forward- basically just a budget thing where you have to actually go out and buy the fonts and mockups. (I sure hope Zazzle isn’t being a “tight-wad,” LOL! The better the mockups and the more creative we can be with fonts, the better sales we’ll get, and the more money Zazzle will get!)
