The collection says 2 orders in last 90 days, but I only have one sale of a rug 9/29/2023. No one else. Why is that?

Did you have a sale that went pink? Maybe the system doesn’t recognize canceled orders?
No, there is no pink rug.
What do your Google Analytics show?
I can’t see that there. Anyway, I don’t know how.
Is there no explanation for this?
I would appreciate an answer.
Hello Zazzle, can’t you tell me what’s wrong with the second order?
@GabiwArt could the ‘extra’ sale be that it’s has secondary content added to the original order? Check the shipping email of the order and if it’s got an extra line - eg - $0.01 - then that could cause it? (had it happen to me where secondary content was added to one of mine and the sale count went up by 1 to 2 but only one was bought - it’s a way that zazzle tracks secondary content I believe)
I didn’t save the sales emails.
I can see that it has been personalized.
It got a review:
About the Product
It is so beautiful and matches our gray leather couch perfectly. It’s so vibrant and really brightened up our space.
About the Print
Colors were vibrant and beautiful!
@GabiwArt so it’s possible secondary content was added. Unless Tech team can double check for you with the order number.
If not - I have no idea ![]()
