The mods will likely ask you to provide a link so they can look into the issue.
Thanks, but I’m not sure how to do that. It’s when you are on the final page of posting the square spiral notebook for sale, i.e. recipe notebook type, and click on the “Create Another”. When you do this, there are two options missing, one of which is the recipe notebook, the other is the sketch pad type.
Laura, I am not familiar with the “create another” link, but I just created a recipe book using the square 8.5" notebook and published it for sale. I opened the published product in my store and I can edit it with a new design and publish it from the original one I just created. Have you tried that?
Another way that works is after you publish one of these notebooks, you can click on the “create your own from scratch” icon to the left of the product description. I tried that and it gives me all the inside page types, including recipe pages.
I am using a Mac with Safari browser. Hope this helps. You might also try logging out of Zazzle and logging back in. Maybe some functionality could be behaving badly.
Hi Susan, Yes, I can do that. Here’s a clip from the Congratulations page, where I’m at and seeing the “Create Another”:
It appears at the bottom of that page, and yes I can find others ways, but I was letting Z know that this particular link dropped off those two choices. *Customers may wonder why they cannot produce another recipe or sketch book. I am also on a Mac with Chrome browser. I also clear my cache/cookies every morning before logging on, and I hope it’s not my computer. These Macs are too expensive to replace. 😉

Ah, so here’s the part that does not make sense… When you click on the “Create Another” (after making the 8.5"x8.5") it automatically goes to the 8.5"x11" size. Which gives you 10 More Inside Page options. However, choosing the 8.5"x8.5" inch notebook from that link, produces only 7 More Inside Page options. **You can get to those 10 more options other ways, but NOT from the “Create Another” from the Congratulations link.
Hopefully someone will make sense of this, and fix the issue I am talking about.
Thanks for sharing that congratulations page. I never noticed the “create another” tab. Whenever I get a notification from Zazzle, I try not to click on it because I don’t want to pick up their cookie. I assume they have their cookie on everything they send us.
