The link to a collection doesn't work if referral code is added

I have made a collection with products in my store. When I open its link without my referral code, it works.

Like this: https://www.zazzle.nl/collecties/promotie_materiaal-119653580734603484

But when I open it with my referral code added, it basically opens a page with all of Zazzle creators’ collections.

Not sure what the issue is. All of my other links work. I’m also confident that the link is correct because I initially generated it by sharing an HTML via the Zazzle website. My other HTML links do work. Is this an issue with the collections’ functionality?

Ultimately, I could add the HTML to my website without adding my referral code. But that’s plan B, for if there’s no solution.

Also, I just attempted to open the link with the referral code in a different browser. It seemed to work the first time (it did open my collection), but not the second time (it opened the general Zazzle collection page). Is this issue perhaps related to cookies or browser history / cache?

So if you’re going to test this, please open the link at least twice to see if it keeps working or not.

I see the same thing. The one with your referral code should work, but is going to a landing page of trending collections. The one without the code works fine.

Turning those links into ones pointing at the US site doesn’t show the same behaviour. On the US site, it just goes to your collection, whether the referral code is attached or not. That makes me think this is something for the technical issues forum. The nl site is doing something weird.

I see what you mean. It seems that the NL site doesn’t have all the integrations that the US site has. I have attempted to use an RSS feed before, but this also doesn’t work on the NL site. Thanks for figuring this out. I think I will repost this question in the technical issues forum, including your discovery.
