The Transfer of Tiled Patterns On Products Shown in Scroll Bar

I noticed on one of my Christmas candles with a tiled design, the tiled portion doesn’t TRANSFER to some products but does appear on others in the scroll bar. And on the water bottle in this transfer scroll, the monogram element doesn’t show in the transfer. I checked the water bottle and the monogram element is not available on the opposing side of the view either.

I’m wondering if this is a glitch or the pattern (and particular items) no longer transfer to specific products as shown in the scroll bar image provided here. If the latter is true, this may be confusing for customers who want to transfer the entire design.

@PAZP I think it’s the way their layers are setup and which layer/view your initial design is on eg - front/back/background layers - and not all the products have the same set up. Some only have front and back and no separate “background”

So not really a glitch- just the way Z has set up the products initially.

So if you’re trying to transfer an element from a layer that the transfer product doesn’t have - that could be the reason (eg your water bottle example)
