After two previous requests to fix the issue with Zazzle’s auto-generated product mock-up for stockings (where it displays the name text as off-centered), the issue still has not been corrected.
I have no idea if the issue will also print incorrectly or if it’s just a mock-up display issue, but customers won’t be buying stockings this Christmas unless this issue is resolved.
We’re already in Q4, and a search on the generic term, “Christmas,” yesterday showed that, “Christmas Stocking,” is a top search term.
Zazzle, please fix this issue (along with the other issue on another product that was reported yesterday).
If anyone else has similar issues on other products, please list them here, so we can ask Zazzle to resolve these problems at the same time.
