It looks like you’re using a cell phone and then requesting the desktop website. I would advise against this. There’s just far too many objects on the screen that need to be crammed in to such a small area. It looks equally bad using our old design tool, too.
When using a cell phone I’d recommend using the mobile website because it’s optimized for a small screen.
I’ve stopped creating new products. I can’t stand it.

I design on my mobile and used the old design tool for desktop before for options not available in mobile design tool such as centre image, parity, colour tool picker etc and it looked great before and was fabulous. Now I use mobile option only and centre image by hand, and cannot do the rest
Opacity sorry typo
I stopped creating new products the way I created them too and most I can’t create at all. Because options in mobile not available and desktop tool looks like garbage now.
Sorry for the strong words about the new look, I just loved designing, now I can’t because of this tool, made me very upset.
I loved designing too. Most people won’t remember when another new tool was tried and I seem to remember it just disappeared. I will try to learn new tool. I have to. I have some really crappy older postcards that need to be fixed. God help me. ![]()
May God help you. Take care.
The desktop new design tool is not mobile friendly like the old one was, good and lots of fun memories, miss it a lot. Sigh.
I’m no longer concerned about the new tool anymore because my desire for designing new products has deminished severely. I find it’s just not worth spending much time on designing anymore (at least at the Zazzle website).
At the beginning of this year, I figured I would achieve the bronze label by the end of the year because I’m very close to having have earned $1,000 in royalties. However this may not longer be a possibility, seeing how much Zazzle deducts from my royalties each time I make a sale. On a recent sale, Zazzle deducted an excessive fee and a 50% marketing fee.
