Titles/Tags in Countries Different from creator

So this product:

Vintage Orange and Gold Leaves Give Thanks Wooden Box Sign | Zazzle.com

…is the USA does NOT have ‘card’ in the title.  It was a design transfer…and at one point I realized I forgot to take out the former product’s type in the title and changed it. I re-did the title (changed other words, too)

The same product on the New Zealand website still shows the old title:

Give Thanks for Your Blessings Card Wooden Box Sign | Zazzle.co.nz

So my question is: are these changes meant to transfer to the products in other countries as well?
