Hi,
My payment from March is still marked as pending but I have received it via PayPal so it should be marked as cleared by now. April’s payment should now be showing and marked as pending but it isn’t. I have contacted Zazzle about this, twice by email and twice by phone but no joy as of yet. Hopefully it will resolve itself soon.

Looking forward to mine clearing too, I’ve seen as late as the 5th on some months that this is done though.

Add me to the list. March never cleared (although paid ok) and April hasn’t kicked in yet. @Scott investigating hopefully

That has been happening to me for forever, it’s all in their updating on their end, as long as you got your payment, it isn’t a problem. 🙂
Can confirm my March payment has now moved to the cleared column and my April payment is pending
My account now looks as it should as well. Thanks all!
It is now the 9th and my current balance still has not updated for the month. Sales are not great but I do have sales from last month that are sort of stuck and not updating
