I know I can transfer designs on the product pages, but that is not what I’m trying to do. I still can not transfer a design in the backend. None of my designs will transfer and all I get is a blank product pages.
I had *no* idea the transfer function was available in the backend. Thanks!

Hmmm.. it was working yesterday, I made a whole bunch of transfers to the new lights, but appears to not be right now.

Transfer Design is working for me. Here is where you may be running into the blank product issue.
Try this and see if it solves your blank product problem.
Then use the refine by category dropdown.

Too bad it’s not working right now. It just saves time, it opens a new window, where you can pick your new product to work on. Then, close that new window, when you’re done and you still have your backend product pages window open. This way you don’t have to click on each product, to transfer a design and then get stuck working in one window.

actually, it worked for me without any issues.
now if only cover photos can be uploaded in the backend, too.

Thank you, was driving me nuts lol
this happen to me after they did the last update to i found in my setting some how Transfer Design was no longer clicked on so it was set to not transfer you may want to go look Advanced Settings/Design Transfer/ then turn on if off hope this helps
