I’ve been having trouble editing tag phrases lately…this doesn’t happen when I enter the tags, only when I try to edit them later. The first picture here shows a tag phrase I tried to add. Everything looks correct with the string of words showing as one tag. However, after clicking OK to append this tag, the result is breaking up the keyword into random groups, sometimes one word, sometimes two and never the complete phrase. I’ve tried using quotation marks, and/or plus signs between the words but nothing seems to give the desired result. Is this a computer glitch or am I doing something wrong?

Same thing is happening to me.
I always use quotation marks around my tag phrases. Only way I’ve been able to make them work.

I used quotation marks but it was happening when editing multiple products tags. Not single product edits.
You’re right @samack , I meant when editing multiple product tags, but I’m having the same problem now when I try it on a single product edit too.

Bumping this up until a moderator chimes in with some advice or ETA on a fix. It’s really messing with my editing on tags..lol

I know I am a little late here but this might be helpful… I never use quotation marks anymore since I learned that commas work better for me. so I would add the tag like this first tag,bright red umbrella,next tag, (hit enter and they all come out as expected. Hope this helps.

That’s the way I do it- WAYYYY easier than using quotation marks!
Thanks Shelli but, unfortunately, this doesn’t work for me either when editing multiple products. I still get the same mixed results, half-phrases and/or single words. Either commas, quotation marks or plus signs all work fine when editing a single product.

@Mark Can you please look into this again for me? I’m still not able to remove or add tag phrases on multiple products and one at a time on large wedding collections is getting really tedious. Please help! Thanks in advance.

This is still an issue…I am unable it edit keyword phrases on more than one product at a time. Doing it one at a time is really a time suck.

I’m bumping this up again hoping against hope that one day it will be fixed. Still can’t bulk edit tags to append keywords with multiple words. Quotations marks, commas, nothing seems to do the trick.
