Uploading images has been hit or miss this morning. Sometimes things go smoothly and other times I just watch a spinning icon. I have the newest version of windows and Microsoft Edge.

same here
I’ve been having issues for months with larger files. I just uploaded a 44MB file to another site without issue so I don’t think it’s a problem on my end. The largest file I could upload here this morning was about 20MB.
