Trouble with Opening Collections to View All (42 / 200)

This technical glitch started on 10/3.  I tried to open all of my collections so I could organize them.  What I found is I can view 20 collections but I cannot open the collection up fully to view all.

Also when I click on page 2 I see a repeat of page 1.  When I click on page 5 I see on the bottom that I only had 1 to 2 pages. Everything in the middle (pages 1-7) is not available. This is why I say I am having trouble with opening collections.
