So I was happily adding products to a collection by most important to least important, and when I view my collection, the least important are now first! Is this intentional, going back to the old way (uggh, it’s so annoying to have to rearrange the collection every time we add a product!) or is there a glitch?
I think it may be a glitch, because I’m also having trouble rearranging the products. I use “Manage products- ungrouped,” to see the arrangement the customer sees, and then drag and drop the products into the right spots. But they aren’t “sticking” there! I even deleted and re-added some products, and they STILL won’t stay where I put them! and every time I reopen the collection, the products are in a different order! so I’m chasing my tail trying to get the products in the correct order! (which is why I was trying to add them in the order I wanted them, so I wouldn’t have to go in and try to move them! And now that it’s putting the products at the start instead of the end, even THAT isn’t working! and of course, being a holiday weekend, I probably won’t get an answer until next week!
