I currently have a large number of products that I cannot delete that are in Saved Designs which are from changes I made to the Replace Product (edit) option. Most have updated while some have not. Some of the Saved Designs are from as far back as 7/15 which is well beyond the five days that the pop-up states it might take for changes to occur.
I now better understand why some of the changes I made were not accepted after receiving rejection letters, however, I’ve not received any emails lately so I figure the replacement changes probably weren’t accepted on the older products. I simply want to delete them from my Save Designs so I don’t have pages to scroll through when looking for products there.
Same here. I haven’t received a rejection letter thus far. Some are still pending review; I believe it’s because I removed my logo and store info from the back of the greeting cards to avoid the double attribution and hope they will be approved.
I try to keep my saved designs to a one page minimum - now I have 14 pages of over 300 items (including a few masks and a Zippo which were approved and published in January and one mask from 12/31/21).
I’ve been doing the same thing, Laura, with my old logo styles and attributions. Most went fine and I was able to remove them from the Saved Designs when I saw that they were replaced. However, there are some that have been replaced in the marketplace but I can’t get them out of the Saved Designs along with some I adjusted the text blocks to fit the design, and changed a color. On some of those latter changes I received the rejection email which helped me understand what I couldn’t do. Some of those are stuck in the Saved Design folder. SHRUG
Any update on this from moderators would be appreciated.
I now have 7 pages of Saved Designs all from products I used Replace Product all the way back to 7/15. I’ve not received any more rejection emails and most I’ve checked appear to have updated or stayed the same. I’d like to delete all those. THANKS for any update.
i am still having this issue. Saved designs are not deleting. These seem to be items submitted for product replace so now i have dozens of designs sitting in the saved folder that i cannot get rid of
I’ve got a t-shirt design that is in my “Saved Designs” three times! Same t-shirt. I can’t remove it. And, it’s been there over a year. I don’t understand why I can’t delete this.
@Scott - is there any update on this issue as of today? I still have pages of saved designs from the replace product feature that can not be deleted. Just hoping to bring some organization to the clutter, or know when I can. Thanks!
Is there any update on this? I still cannot delete any of my saved designs, that I used the replace product on. Some of the saved designs are over 6 months old and they haven’t disappeared from my saved designs either. I thought any saved designs over 6 months old would automatically be deleted.
Ditto! I’ve got a t-shirt that is in my “Saved Designs” for 3 years now. Every time I go to delete it either adds another image or just won’t remove. I mean 3 years???!!!
