Unable to Find “Foil Napkins” and “Address Embossers” in Product List

Hey everyone,
I’d really love to offer foil napkins and address embossers in my shop. However, when I try to create a new product, I can’t find these items in the product list.

Usually, on a product page, there’s a link further down that says “Create your own from scratch” , but that option is missing for both of these products.

I reached out to customer service a few weeks ago about the foil napkins, but I haven’t received a reply.

Has anyone experienced the same issue or knows more about this? I’d really appreciate your insights.

@YaseminStahl   You have to complete an application form before they are “switched on” for your account  - check out this post https://community.zazzle.com/t5/create-products/foil-paper-napkins/m-p/188312

If you have already applied - there may be a backlog approving the form and the only thing you can do is be patient
