Hi everyone! I’m facing an issue. When I try to paste text into an existing text box, instead of pasting into that text box, the text pastes as a new text layer on the document. I want the text to appear inside the selected text box instead.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? Is there any workaround or specific step I’m missing? I’d appreciate any help. Thanks!

Basically it seems that copy/paste within all design controls (background colors, font size, color, spacing, text, etc.) is broken.

I wish I knew. No word from Zazzle yet.
I thought it was my computer’s issue, it was so unconvenient and took more time to design the template.
