Unable to post a product in the party supplies & activity category

I’m currently experiencing a technical issue and am unable to post a product 

in the party supplies & activity category.
Could you please assist me with this?

Sorry for the delayed reply—I’ve been a bit tied up. Thank you so much for getting back to me so quickly and for your help.

I’m having trouble posting a product in this category:

When I click the “Post It” button, nothing happens—the page doesn’t move forward and seems to get stuck. I’ve tried posting both a flyer and an advice card, but neither will publish.

It seems like this might be a technical issue, so I may need assistance from the technical support team. Please let me know the best next step.

Try and post them in the departments that auto populate in the post for sale page (i.e the department in which the product officially belongs in)

Once they are in the back end of your store - then try and change the department in edit details to Crafts & Party Supplies - Party Supplies - Games & Activities (that’s if the products that you have created are games/activities)
