Unable to post a puzzle for sale

Just created a puzzle holding several photos using different frames. I keep getting the message that “cannot sell because content or images are not owned by the designer.” All the photos are mine; the abstract background is mine and I used the Design Editors photo frames and text from their list. What else is needed to get past this roadblock? Frustrating.

@LloydCain-1957   Double check that you’ve not accidentally added any assets/graphics that are not free to use and are for customer use only.

Free to use and publishFree to use and publish

When you are looking for things to use, hover over the top right corner of the graphic, press the three dots and the pop up comes up “Free to use and publish”

If the asset/text/graphic whatever - doesn’t have anything in the top right corner - that’s for customer use only and not available for us to use and will stop you publishing products for sale.

@Sara_H   I wondered about that, but usually it just grays out the ‘Sell it’ button. I’ve never seen that message “cannot sell because content or images are not owned by the designer.” It kind of sounds like a new AI copyright detection system. I’m curious if this message pops up during the “Sell it” phase or the “Post it” phase. If it’s during “Post it,” it might be related to a word in the description or a tag 🤔.

@SheaPrints  excellent deduction! Perhaps his photos have logos on or other identifiable content

Can you post a screenshot of the design @LloydCain-1957

Apparently, not all the Frames for photos that Zazzle supplies are free to use. Had used one with flowers. When I deleted it and replaced it with a standard frame circle, everything went fine. As soon as I selected “Review” the Sell option was clear and I was able to post my design.
