I just created a new collection yesterday and I’m trying to complete the ‘Zazzle Marketplace’ options. The checkboxes for selecting 10 representative products are all grayed out and none are defaulting to selected or able to be selected. Here’s the link to the collection in question:
@Baylee I can only see 2 products live in your collection
perhaps you have to wait until the rest of the products have indexed before you select your 10
Hmmmm … you may be right @Sara_H I’ve never noticed a delay in this editing this section before but I’ll give it another day or two and see if it rights itself. Thanks

I can now see three products. Looks like the indexing is happening.
I saw 25 items in the collection earlier today.
Since I finished off my previous thread with an accepted solution, I’m starting a new thread to address this issue. Indexing seems to be complete for this collection now but I’m still unable to complete the marketplace options.
The checkboxes for selecting 10 representative products are all grayed out, none are defaulting to selected or able to be selected. Has something changed so this info is no longer needed maybe? Also, is there any way to STOP showing the collection cover image on primary products??? I’d prefer to have my custom product cover images showing in the MP, not the collection image. No, it still isn’t working for me @Fiona , and thanks for asking. Can you also find out whether there is a way we can turn OFF collection cover images showing on primary products. It’s not much use creating cover images for products if they aren’t being seen.
