I will go into the design area, select all, then delete, and after deleting there’s the Zazzle clip sitting there. It’s never shown in the layers until all my images are deleted. I have never chosen the images myself. I have no idea how many of my products this is happening to.
I clicked on your link and couldn’t see that “yourlogo” clip art? but to be fair, clicking your link looks so very different than anything I’ve ever seen before?
Maybe I should logout and look at my own products. Is this a new interface only seen by customers?
I can’t see it either until I’m logged in to my account and start a new product using an existing product, then deleting the original images. The image isn’t visible until then, and it doesn’t show up in layers until then. It just shows up, like magic or something.
Also, I believe it’s been said that in some designs, masks one made manually were/would be/have been replaced by Zazzle frames. So even if you didn’t choose these frames and thus why you don’t recognize them, perhaps these are products where you made your own mask with an svg and they got auto-replaced by a Z frame.
