Is it stuck again
I have now to many products piling up Under Review some as old as
Submitted on 1/15/2025
any one other then me have this problem
I have three items that have been stuck in the Under Review section. They are dated 1/26/24, 1/25/24, and 1/28/23. I wish someone would remove them already. I also wish that Z would put a delete button on our end for products Under Review so we can remove them ourselves.

I have some that have been waiting since October of last year. I was assuming that they had just put thing on hold because they were slammed over the holidays, but now I’m wondering if it’s something else.

I just looked at my Under Review and have 17 pages. It seems to me there was once an option to choose individual items to remove. Now that isn’t there. There is a SELECT ALL, SELECT NONE, and DELETE SELECTED that seemed to work for a whole page. That page disappeared immediately, but may come back.
Options to select are ALL PRODUCTS, SAVED DESIGNS, and PRIVATE PRODUCTS
what your talking about are your saved products not the Under Review ones.
Under Review ones no way to delete them ourselves.
i have had a box of matches under review for over a week. usual turnaround is a couple days

Last week was a holiday week for us in the US, I’m sure a lot of the team was out.

still no update .pile getting larger . now waiting for over 300 images to go into review.
I have one on there that just likes to sit and annoy me for years lol Submitted on 8/24/2018 I can’t delete it although I would like to.
ya I have a few hundredth like that.
but I am talking about new ones
That the reviewing is slow again hope they get off their holiday soon .
And start to work on them most times they take from 1 day to 3 days .

yes for me it is anywhere between 1 day up to 3 days this is a little bad for use that are pushing it to get more on display for Christmas. I have had to stop making and do other that don’t need reviews. Because I hope they don’t tell use they cant find them again like lasts year. I had to redo over 260 that are still sitting in my under review that now I call the zazzlezone. And I sent them a email to receive no reply back.

Yes, I do. I tried Letterpress cards and they accepted one and left the rest. Similar design, just a different text, so why not accept those as well. This was the end of November. Then a bunch moved to SAved Designs with no word as to why, so what do I do with them> Also no word on rejections.
I talked with someone about it and was promised it would be looked into that was last week. Nothing!
I also made some matches for my wedding store, so goodness knows how long they will sit there.

I have 20+ Espadrilles that have been published a couple years ago, still in Under Review. I can’t delete them. They were supposed to help with that. I understand it is Christmas season and they are probably overwhelmed, but…an email saying so would be kind.
