Can anyone help Last week there was very clearly an “ungroup” option right next to all of the other options right after delete / fill / fit. Now it is gone and I can not find the option ANYWHERE? Is it gone completely? I have no idea why they would do that it makes it very difficult to change multiple items in the group at once because I can’t use the layer pallet to select all the items I want to and I have to manually click each item For example to change the colors on this item : https://www.zazzle.com/kissing_high_school_goodbye_graduation_backdrop-256536084972728484
I had to click every little object individually and if I misclicked while shift - selecting… I had to start all over. I gave up completely.
I know you can still edit the items in the group, but is the option to ungroup all together gone? I feel like I have looked everywhere
Not sure if this answer helps at all. It gave me the option to group and ungroup after I selected all. But I noticed the ‘checker’ pattern part is locked, so not sure if that was an old setting from the old design tool? I know some people are having issues unlocking some of those. Here are the layers it gave me after I selected all and hit group.
Thank you so much for taking a look! Even when I unlock the layer, I am not seeing an ungroup option anywhere But maybe if other people are having troubles with the old unlock that could be the issue, so thanks for letting me know about that!
I also tried to open up a new tapestry from scratch, and copy and paste the unlocked checkered pattern to see if an ungroup option came up - but still no luck. Glad to know you still have an “ungroup” option and that they didn’t fully remove the tool though
