Hi all
Why is it so complicated to find any documentation relevant to the above. Surely it should be widely and freely available. What I can find is that an additional 4.9% royalty rate adjustment fee will be charged to sellers if their royalty is more than 10%. Is this correct?

We have updatedthis article with the new rates for the Ambassador program starting tomorrow. We will also be posting more information very soon now that we have had time to digest the questions people have sent us. Thank you for your patience.

We are all clearly struggling to understand the new terms and exactly what’s changed. I hope whatever new information you’ll be sharing will very clearly and succinctly communicate what has changed compared to yesterday. The table in the article above is still confusing and not helpful. I can not make sense of my earnings today at all. It’s quite frustrating the Zazzle team has allowed this mass confusion to continue for so long.
