As we look ahead to Holiday season 2027, now is a good time to check your calendar products and get the year updated. To make this easier, we have opened up the Replace Product feature for Zazzle_calendar products only, so you can update the year on your calendar templates without republishing the listing.

A tip for next year
If you would like to avoid repeating this step every year and making your product more evergreen, consider using a force-replace template format like “20xx” in your calendar design itself, and updating only the metadata (title, tags, description, cover image) to reflect the current year. This keeps the underlying design evergreen while still showing up as current to shoppers searching for a specific year.

I have always used 20XX, but recently switched to the full year because I thought it might affect whether or not products are promoted. I wasn’t sure if Zazzle would promote products with 20XX in the mockups. I also wondered if having things like ‘Your Profession’ on business cards would make them less appealing to the people who choose what to promote.
Hey, any estimate how many days approval is currently taking? (I understand it will be longer than usual and don’t mind waiting! I just want to know when to start worrying if I don’t see them go through.) Thanks!
What would be even better than using 20xx as a “no-annual updating required solution” would be an “automatic current year added” button or feature where designers would just apply their desired font/size/color and the current year would automatically appear on their products. It would require some work to set up on Zazzle’s part, but it would be a more elegant solution for customers who want to see what their finished product will look like.
