Upload a design onto multiple products

Hello, newbie here! Is there anyway to upload a design onto multiple products? It seems incredibly time consuming otherwise! Thanks

You can’t do it all at once. Instead, you do it serially. Publish a product>open the product page>scroll down to the Transfer This Design option and choose a different product. Repeat for whatever products are appropriate.

You can also copy the placement and scale of the image from product-to-product with the design tool editor’s copy/paste function. But you still have to publish each listing individually after review.

Thanks @KeegansCreation . I’ve tried the transfer design option but it seems to take me to choose a product and then choose an image to go on it, rather than transferring my design… Think I may have to take some time to work all this out!

Thanks @AirTwin . I’ll try that next  Still got a lot of exploring to do by the sounds of it!

When you use the transfer design option, don’t use the links at the top of the page. Either use the search by product (at the top of the page) or scroll down past the top product links and use the bottom product links to transfer and then your image, title, description and tags will transfer to the new products you select.

The transfer to a new design tool rarely works out for me because the design areas are rarely the same size or same ratio. So I just create new designs manually. The end result is better that way.

Very true. But I use Transfer anyway just because it gets all the elements over to the new item in one swoop so it’s quicker than manually adding or copying/pasting and you have to adjust the size & positioning either way. Plus it transfers the meta info for the post-for-sale page. Sometimes though with multi-sided items you get really weird results so it’s less confusing to just start from scratch then to sort it all out.

Thank you! It’s a relief to know it pre fills the info for you when you transfer. I thought I was in for a lot of copying and pasting

You’re welcome. If you use those links, everything is transferred. After the transfer, you can always go into the design area to change anything or resize any designs and text, before you publish the product, but at least everything was transferred to that new product, no copying and pasting.

If you ever have a problem with those links and the transfer doesn’t work, you can post in the technical issues board, that you are having issues transferring, https://community.zazzle.com/t5/technical-issues/bd-p/ctech

Yeah for me, that area that’s linked at the top just loads blanks. And the bottom will not even populate for every design. I figured it was just still buggy, my settings, or my account are not right.

I should have mentioned this in my other post. There is no way to transfer to more than one product at a time, each transfer has to be done product by product.

There are many ways to upload a design to multiple products on Zazzle

Hi, I think he/she is asking the way to transfer any design to more than 1 other products at the same time like teespring, where we can transfer a design to maximum 15 other products in one go.
