What kind of media file can I upload to my store? It is a short video. I am having a problem with it.
pictures or video are accepted, but unfortunately, no mention of specific formats is listed. 
maybe you can upload it to youtube, see if it plays back successfully, and share the link to your store’s All Media tab?
I was able to add some reels that I did on TikTok and also some made on Pinterest. Once downloaded I had no problem adding them.
