I have uploaded a video file tonight and it all looked fine during uploading (it took some time as it always does) and I have also received the notice that my video was ready. It looked odd though (totally white but showing the seconds correctly) and it also showed the cover image in the listing but no video played. So I deleted it and tried two more times to upload without success.
I know it says that. It somehow has gotten corrupted during the upload. I deleted it (or was attempting to) three times to re-upload but somehow it reappeared (or never really got deleted at Zazzle), sigh.
The first image of the listing shows the two printed sides of the topple tower together with a boat - I also uploaded more images showing the real product (the topple tower) with „fake boats“ (AI generated).
I created the video in Ripl and it’s fine because I uploaded it last night to YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Thread and Facebook without issues. Tonight, as soon as it gets dark I will also upload it to our own domain at www.SanFrancisco.zone when I finish up my Pinterest pin, I had gotten tired last night.
Thanks so much for your time and effort Sara, I so appreciate it!!
Hmm, thinking about it maybe my video’s file name was to long for the Zazzle system? In the mean time I also posted the video on Pinterest (embedded in a pin) and on our own site. I will try now again to delete the faulty upload on Zazzle - hopefully that will work today.
Nope, a shorter file name didn’t make a difference. Dang. Very odd. I have uploaded 30 videos to Zazzle without troubles. I’ll give up for the time being. Thanks again so very much Sara for your pointers.
In the past the videos worked immediately on Zazzle so I think the Zazzle platform is currently simply not accepting videos. I will follow your advice and just try with each new listings video I will create again.
