I am hoping this is just a glitch, it’s been happening on and off the last couple weeks. I’m trying to make an invitation with a square background and each time I try to use the square element, the sell it button goes away. I tried out a couple shapes and they make it disappear each time.

I just tried with a 5x7 flat invitation blank and got the Sell It button as normal with any of the five “Configurabale Shapes”.
Did you accidentally uncheck the option for an envelope? If it’s set to None, the Sell It button immediately goes away.

@wheresthekarma Also double check you’ve not used an element that is classed as not Royalty Free
That stops you being able to post for sale as they are for Customer use only
Always check the little “i” the shape

It happened to me once last week, too. I deleted all the elements from my design one by one to see what the problem was, and the sell button never returned. I just started over and it worked. Was hoping it was just a quick glitch!

Thanks for giving it a try Cols. I think this is some type of glitch that is happening. It was a different shape I was using but when I made a different invitation with the same shape, it worked the next time. This has happened to me a couple times the last week or so. Not sure what is going on.
Oh and the “make sure the envelope is clicked” is a good tip. I have done that so many times.

Thanks! Yeah I was just using a basic shape from the elements, not from the ones you can’t use for selling products, that I have used before and the next invitation I made, I used it again and this time the sell it button was there, so I think it was some kind of weird glitch. It did happen a couple times while I was working on invitations.

That is exactly what keeps happening to me. Sadly, each time it happens I gotta start over to get the sell it button back. Sorry it happened to you too!
This happened to me tonight. So I just made my own shape in Adobe Illustrator and used that. I guess I will do more of that going forward.

Thank you! Just so you know, it doesn’t happen every time, but every couple days I have been running into this problem. Like Windy said above, I have just been making my own graphics so I don’t have to worry about it but just thought I’d pass it along to you guys.
