Using the word "Zazzle" and Images of Licensed Products

Hi everyone!  I’m still fairly new to Zazzle and I have some questions.

1.  I know that the TOS says we can’t use the Zazzle name to promote our products, but does this mean we can’t use the name Zazzle in any circumstances?  If I post an article on my blog about officially licensed products, am I allowed to say something like “Click Here To See The Official Zazzle Disney Store?”  Or in the section of my website where I talk about my online store and how it got started, can I say that it’s on Zazzle?  Or can we never use the word Zazzle outside of the Zazzle site itself?

2.   You can probably guess that I don’t have licensing agreements with Disney, Major Universities, etc.  But if I’m promoting officially licensed products available on Zazzle, can I use images of those products if it is an actual image of the product from Zazzle’s site?  For instance, if I’m promoting a product featuring a super hero - let’s call him, um, “Nocturnal Mammal Guy” - can I post a picture of the item?

Thanks!

I’m confused. Where are you seeing that you can’t use the word “Zazzle” to promote Zazzle products? I’ve looked through the User Agreement (User Agreement | Zazzle.com) and the only thing I see that seems to touch on this issue is the following:

_ 26.5.  Zazzle grants you a non-exclusive, revocable and limited license to use the Content and Zazzle’s tools, images, Product photographs for the purposes of promoting the Site in the condition that you provide appropriate attribution and a link to the Zazzle website. We reserve the right to terminate this license at any time._

Maybe I’m missing something, but it doesn’t make any sense to me that Zazzle wouldn’t want us to use their name when promoting our stores or other Zazzle products.

I don’t know where I got the idea that we aren’t allowed to use the Zazzle name to promote our products.  I skimmed though the whole user agreement and the only thing I spotted on the subject is what you posted above.
