Views and sales in the product insight graphic is not updated since around June 18th. Is anyone else having this trouble?

insights are not insightful, useless, inaccurate when data is given.

Yes, I’ve noticed they lag a lot. I have items I’ve looked at that I know did sell in June and July that are not showing in there.
@cationa can I check, are your product insights updating okay now? If not, can you give me an example of a product so I can look into it for you.

@joana Hi Joana, I checked many of product insights in my stores and haven’t see any of them updated so far. This is the example:
Pine Forest and Mountain Cabin Guest Information 3 Ring Binder
Last viewed 7/2 and last sold 6/26 but the graph for last 30 days in the product insight is flat.
