Views not updating

It appears that the latest views aren’t updating again.  They say 1 day instead of within 24 hours like they should.

I was wondering about the views - have they stopped working or has no one viewed anything in my store for 2 days?

I have views backed up to 2 days ago now. I cannot tell what is being looked at

It should update right away so we can keep on top of things

You know how to tell?  When you make sales and there are “no viewed” products --you are selling but no views on that product?

I haven’t had a single view in any shop for 4 days, and I typically have daily views in every shop. I hope Zazzle can fix this issue, as it’s hard to gauge social media efforts.

I also hope the view issue is only impacting the counter we see on the back end and not Zazzle ranking. Thanks in advance for researching and addressing this!

Same here. Something I sold two days ago says the last view date was 11 days ago.

Not only this issue compounding …it never shows changes either if you add products to different categories products are not there, so you have no clue if you placed them in or did not, what is the customer seeing?

I have the same problem, no views in 6 days, have had sales and can see new likes but no views.

views not updating for 5 days now on my 3 stores, I normally receive some views everyday
