I was checking my Volume Bonus reports, and April 2023, in which I made Level 2, has reset to zero this month (but my Referrals History reports are still correct/intact). Has anyone else experienced this?

Are you a member of the Promoter Program 2.0? It is not currently possible to receive a Volume Bonus when enrolled in the PP2.
Also moving this to Ask A Question as there is no technical issue present.

Interesting that the numbers showed up in April at all–maybe my having joined PP 2.0 partway through the month hadn’t triggered the non-eligibility flag until the following month?
Well this thread answers two questions for me - thanks for posting it!
The first was I thought Volume Bonuses had been scrapped since June 2013. All months are zero for me (or rather a ‘-’). I’ve made earnings in plenty of months since, but they don’t register after 2013. Maybe my account has a problem - not that any of those months ever got to Level 2, so I haven’t missed out on earnings.
The second question was whether I’d get a VolBo for reaching Level 2 in June. First time I’ve managed it, but alas, it appears not as I joined the Promoter Program last year. I had a vague recollection of Promoters not being eligible for VolBo’s but I’ve been searching around trying to find the information on it. Couldn’t find anything - so it’s at least good to see Mark confirming the official line on this.
It would be nice in future if VolBo could be reintroduced for Promoters - for combined sales that are **non-referred** for each month. I can understand the rule for the referred products as they get their 35%+Royalty - that’s plenty!
But, yeah, thanks again WHS - I wonder if no data on my dashboard for bonuses is a glitch just on my account. It would be nice to see that data on monthly sales over the years, just for my own interest.
