I am struggling to complete this form as a resident of the UK. Specifically can anyone please tell me how I fill in Part 2, question 10 of the form?
There are instructions for Part 2 Line 10 here, but I do not know if they will help you. (Maybe you already have this)

I’m a UK resident & pay mt taxes to the UK tax authorities, so you claim that there should be a zero witholding of tax on royalties paid to you regarding the sale of your products on Zazzle
Excuse typo, then look up the US to UK tax treaty for the paragraph detailing income from royalties
