Hello everyone and the Zazzle team may know this complaint about my w8-ben form which until now is uncertain whether it has been accepted or not, maybe there is still an error in filling it out, I hope there is an answer and I get a definite payment or if not I can leave this platform because there is no definite clarity

I received confirmation that my W-8BEN form was approved and my account was updated on October 24, 2024. However, my payment settings still show as incomplete, and I am unable to proceed with receiving payments.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
