Hello everyone!
I submitted my W8-BEN form on May 28th, and they said it would take 4-5 weeks to hear back. It’s been longer than that now, and I haven’t heard anything or gotten my form approved.
I sent a message to their support team, but haven’t gotten a response yet. It’s getting frustrating! . Z-Support does not respond. Can anyone help me or give me advice what i need to do? . I am in serious need of money rn.
Anyone else in the same boat?
Hi Sanainvi, I am unfortunately in the same position as you… I am getting no response even after emailing the support team twice as well. I really hope we can get this problem resolved it is really worrisome because I have quite a lot of money accumulated and can really use the money right now.

I really don’t know how to get their attention , so they could try to solve our issue.
I submitted my form on 26th may,did’nt hear anything from the zazzle team and its my fourth time that i am resubmitting it.I also contacted zazzle support but no response.
So , you haven’t heared any response for the 4rth time ? 
. That’s quite Unacceptable behaviour
No it got rejected 3 times before and they took months to respond back .Now this is my forth time that i resubmit the form and waiting for the reply.Hope we will get the response in the current month.
