Wax Seal Stickers Showing Discontinued Product Option on UK

A couple of my wax seal stickers are showing the discontinued product option tag which made me think that the color I had chosen perhaps has been discontinued

When I click into the product merchandising to change it - there is no option to change it to

just an edit this design

Searching the Create Your Own on uk site for “wax” brings up the wax seal stickers as expected

however when you click on one - takes you to the oops page

The department is doesn’t exist Invitations & Stationery > Mailing Accessories > Wax Seals & Wax Seal Stamp Kits

So I’m rather confused - are they no longer available to purchase on the uk site (if so - they shouldn’t show up at all in the back end or be in the Create Your Own) or is it a glitch?

I seem to be having a similar issue when trying to create wax stickers and also the wax seal stamps - I also just get the “Oops! We can’t seem to find the product you’re looking for” page no matter what I try. I’m set up on the zazzle.com website and use the .com website but I’m UK based. I see other shops creating them without issue, but these are US based so I’m wondering if this is part of the same issue for UK based sellers?

Ideally we should still be able to create them for sale to US based customers if they are available there, even though they may not be available in the UK given Zazzle is a global platform. Hopeful for a resolution soon!
