I would highly doubt this will ever become a thing.. it’s not an art program - it’s a highly sophisticated customization tool. Better than any other platform IMHO - if you need an art program, there are  plenty to choose from.. just google it.

If money is the object (perhaps from getting sticker shock looking at Corel Painter) I recommend Krita. It’s a free open source painting program and the brushes are good.
