What do you mean by a 5x7 flat table card? Are you asking for table number cards? If so, then it would be great if you could make 5x7 an option for table number cards.

Also, are these collections supposed to be new? And why the specification for horizontal save the date cards?

Should the submitted collection include only the requested items, or should I submit the entire collection?

Can you tell us when you have reached your 50 admissions cut off please.

Good question — I was going to ask myself.

Look at their sample layout — I think that is how they will set it up for marketing purposes.

I would also like to know this, I am working on some new artwork at the moment but with a cut off at 50. By the time I finish my painting it will be probably be too little too late! I have a few others that need a couple of extra items but thinking to stand any chance would be best to use my existing artwork instead if allowed? Can we submit more than one design?

Hi Cat, You can submit more items than just the ones requested. Thank you for asking.

I figure that by time I submit mine, it will be too late for the 50 cut off. I too have a question about the 5 x 7 flat table card. Is this suppose to be a table number card?

Also it shows two photos. Is the first one suppose to be one collection set and the one below with the wine label a separate collection. Or would all of the products listed be in one collection?

I do think they might get better results if they gave us a bit more time and made it a more equitable process. Seems likely they passed 50 submissions in a few hours.

I assumed they were two separate marketing campaigns and that a submission only needed to require the products listed in one of the two photos.  That is purely an assumption based on each photo and list below.

As others have said, the 50 submissions cut off is a turn off for me. Having a deadline date would be fine, but setting a limit of 50 with no way for designers to know when that number has been reached just makes me feel like not bothering to submit.

Right? This seems like a recipe for shoddy work, IMHO. I spent the whole day yesterday frantically designing in the hopes that I’d get something submitted before they reached the limit of 50. Even though I was mostly transferring designs from other products and tweaking for their size requirements, it still took a LOT of time, and doing it in such a rushed fashion I’m sure I made plenty of mistakes. Just seems like a bad approach to me.

I assuming that you are right. Though I started one with all the designs. Wasting more time. Plus I did not read about this until a day later.

not to mention that for me, a fall theme is so off putting, I’ m so UNinspired by that, now if they had wanted a color scheme, THAT is something I could work on.. :slightly_smiling_face:

Have they passed 50 already? I been pushing myself to finish my artwork but agree I don’t want to create things that aren’t good enough still a long way to go… 😪 and still not sure we should submit on the 5"x7" Table Flat Card?

I have no idea, but I would guess that they’re WAY past 50 submissions by now, but that’s just a guess on my part.

I guessed for the 5x7 card and made it a table number. I based that on the fact that when I searched the marketplace for “wedding table card” that was what came up, but really who knows what they wanted.

Kinda frustrating… I mean I understand if the marketing department just needs something quickly, but the instructions were very confusing and nobody’s answered any of our questions. Oh well. I killed myself for one day trying to put stuff together, but I don’t have it in me to do it for several days in a row, plus today I was slammed by customers with shipping questions that I couldn’t answer. Sigh.

Adding a 5x7 card (table number on the design) is a workaround to add more sizes for the current table number cards that are only set to 3x5. We are considering expanding this offering moving forward of course.

5x7 horizontal save the date is specific to this creative asset, but they can add a vertical version if they would like..

There is no need to worry about the limit of 50, now. I have removed this requirement from the form.
