Wedding sheet programs glitch

Hi Zazzle team, I’m experiencing a strange glitch with flat paper sheets. A customer reached out for help with her wedding program. She ordered a sample once and it looked great. On her second sample order, the spacing was all off on the interior pages (back of the sheet). 

It took days for me to explain and for her to send me a working link to her customized program design (whole other issue). But after re-doing her design and posting it for sale as a new direct product, sharing it with her, I’m seeing what she was describing.

The design preview looks as I designed it, but the product preview is all messed up. Photos attached below. I know the design preview is usually the one to count on, but she told me her last order was affected by this issue.

I’ve tried a few things, and I found out that if you delete that thing in the red circle (I don’t know what this is called), the line spacing problem disappears.

Thanks, Cristina! I couldn’t see that symbol editing on my phone or on my computer, but I tried deleting some spaces around that section and re-spacing, and I think that may have done the trick 🤞

I’m glad to hear this has been fixed by removing some of the text. Thank you for your insight @Cristina .

I have let our team know about the issue anyway.
