Either I missed something or I must be seeing things wrong, this can’t possibly be right. I have my digital download rate set so the price should be $18.95, at least then I should get about half of that. However, the price is listed as $1.15! That means I would get about .57 cents—insane! This has to be an error—please tell me it’s a glitch in the system. Until I know for sure I’m disabling all of my digital downloads. If this is correct it’s basically a freebie—sorry, no freebies from me. BTW, it’s not just one product, all of my digital downloads are at this insanely unacceptable price.
I just checked and mine are showing $1.10. I am disabling digital downloads for now, as well. This doesn’t sound right at all.
Ours are showing the same![]()
I’ve noticed this on my own products as well, and it’s definitely alarming at first glance!
From what I can tell, this low price is something only we, the designers, see when we are logged in. I suspect it might be a feature to allow us to purchase our own high-resolution designs for a nominal fee.
The quickest way to verify what customers see is to view your product in an incognito browser tab. You’ll almost certainly see your correct price of $18.95 there.
Hope this helps! It appears our work is safe and not being given away.
I double checked mine and like others have mentioned, the lower price is happening when I’m logged in and looking at the design (using firefox), but when I open it up while logged out (using Chrome) it shows the correct price.
Interesting, but why would designers need to buy their own design?
I sometimes do when I try something different to make sure it is going to print the way I assume it will.
Signed out of Z and price shows correctly. Not sure why this one thing would be this way, but happy the low price is not “real”.
I designed and purchased my own Christmas cards.
Thanks so much for sharing this information. I searched help and the forum before posting this but couldn’t find anything about it. It would’ve been nice if we’d been told this by Zazzle rather than stumbling upon it and being shocked by the price. I’ll enable a digital download and then check incognito. It seems others have noticed the same as you, so I’m certain mine will be the right price as well. I’m glad this wasn’t some major glitch. Thanks again, it was very helpful!
When I read the post by DIYPD I thought the same thing. It’s a digital download and as the designer you already have the artwork (plus you can download a pdf of it from the product page download area). I can see paying for a printed product to check out the printing, but not a digital download. Anyway, I’m just glad all is well.
Oh Bless your heart for figuring this out .. and sharing .. freaked me out for sure .. ![]()
