What does the "c" mean on the royalty report?

I probably should know this by now. I thought I read once that it means “custom”. But does it mean that the product is customizable, or that they buyer DID customize it?

Thanks. And that could mean in any way?  The design/wording/images itself, or a size/shape/color?

It means something about the design was changed. Options - like the type of tee, the color of the tee, etc. don’t count as customization. They have to either have changed something you’ve provided a field for or gone into the design tool and changed something. For customers’ privacy we do not see any final changes they make, so you won’t know exactly what they have done.
