I’m a designer from India that earns royalty from my art designs on Zazzle. To get my royalty, I have to fill in Part II, line 10 of W-8BEN form but it’s really difficult for me

The beneficial owner is claiming the provisions of Article and paragraph 12 - 2 (a) (ii) of the treaty identified on line 9 above to claim a 15% rate of withholding
Note: Rates apply to India only; rates for other countries may vary.
I posted a walkthrough that includes working (in my case) suggestions for the infamous Part II line 10 section. Usually, it’s the “Additional Conditions” part (point 9 in my post) that causes issues. Follow my instructions and it should work. If there are still issues, read further and try (working) text variations from other designers. Rate and article/paragraph are correct, so 15% and 12(2)(a)(ii). Good luck!
