Seems to me there’s gonna be tons of overlap between these generic topics and people are going to be frustrated not knowing where to go for info. I also find it exhausting that everything’s so freaking BIG now; instead of just seeing the topic titles you’re faced with a page where you can only view a couple of topics then have to scroll and select a new page to see what’s going on. There’s no bird’s eye view.
Yep! It’s like a road without a road map
The transition will take a bit of time, but we’ll get there.
The upside is that we have a state-of-the-art platform. The downside is that we’re coming from a 1st generation platform. So the transition is going to be difficult at first, but it’ll eventually make a lot of sense.
Imagine owning a black and white TV for decades, then jumping up to a modern-day 4k TV that connects to the internet, with AppleTV and Roku and Chromecast and subscriptions to HBO, Showtime, Disney+ and all that. That’s kind of similar to what we’re doing now.
So, I’d encourage you to take a look around and give it a bit of time. This place is so much better than the old forums.
And, more to the original post:
The Community section is for content relating specifically to the new forum. If there’s questions or feedback you have then you can post them here. The ‘how to’ section is for the community to help ask general questions. The Creator section is largely patterned after our previous discussion forums so it should be pretty easy to understand.

Thank you! That answers what I’ve been wondering since this went live. So “Creators –> Technical” is where issues related to the website go and “Community –> Help” is for forum-specific issues. I was thinking “Community –> Help” was for customers looking for help/advice from the community before (or maybe after) ordering.
Yeah, I get that it’s new and not all the forums are here yet, but the BIG thing is seriously tiresome. Have to scroll and select new pages so much it’s just too tedious to come to the forums anymore. We’ll have to disagree on its awesomeness.
So I clicked on the “subscribe” button. I have no idea what I subscribed to. Hoping for clarification.
Also, if I want to “unsubscribe” how do I do that?
The Unsubscribe option should be exactly where the Subscribe button was. So if you opened an Options menu and then clicked Subscribe, then I’d repeat the same steps to find the Unsubscribe button.
If you’d like to see all of your subscriptions then click on your profile image in the top right corner of the page then go to My Profile, and then on the right side of the page is the Subscriptions & Notifications section. Select the subscriptions you’re looking for then delete it.
Hi Scott,
I tried deleting the four subscriptions I have but it’s not working. If I manually check boxes and click “Delete Selected Subscriptions” it doesn’t work and if I “Check All” or “Uncheck All” they don’t activate (they are directly below “Delete Selected Subscriptions”.)
Thanks for any additional guidance.
